Participant Materials

Participants will receive course materials consisting of a comprehensive workshop manual plus case studies and assignments (as appropriate). All assignments are supported by the facilitator at all times and when completed, provide a further practical reference after the course.

Delivery

We utilize a wide range of education delivery approaches to maximize the learning opportunity.

Our Learning Consultants are able to factor these demands into a learning program. By conducting a TNA and Skills Gap Analysis, we are not only able to assess the level of knowledge that the learner already has, but measure that level of knowledge against the skills required to do their job as well. Our Instructional Designers then develop content addressing all the skills gaps, using either newly created content or generic content, or even a combination of the two.</p>
